Of course, plagiarism isn't as bad a stealing pics, but just one thing to consider in the overall validity of an ad..

I live in DC and have seen his ad many times without much interest. His new pix though are much better and when he returns from LA next week I'll check him out! He did plagiarize another's ad but that doesn't worry me.
