Update on LeBoy? (FTL)

I was going to just ask the question on an old thread, but it has been a while since a poster has talked about LeBoy, so I thought I would start anew.

 

What is the latest? I will be coming back down in a few weeks, so I thought I would inquire. Are the dancers staying around or have they all left? What about the new back room policy of charging the customer AND the dancer? Is that still in effect? What about the new dancers?

 

Any news would be helpful. Thanks in advance!

I only go to Le Boy when friends who come in town want to go there, so last week was the first time in awhile. I thought it was the best it's been since they opened. Yes the dancers are staying around, yes there are new dancers, yes they are interactive and work the floor, and yes the back room policy of charging the customers and the dancers are still in effect. I haven't used the VIP rooms at Le Boy, so to be honest, I don't remember exactly what the pricing was, but they did have a fair amount of traffic going to the back. The weather of course is heating up, so the bartenders out on the patio are now shirtless during the evening. The back patio is also very crowded on the weekends, and it's a nice place to get away from the noise and crowds. I thought the drag show was pretty decent, at least everyone seemed to be having a good time, and they had packed in a pretty nice crowd. Parking is becoming a problem, so valeting the car is almost mandatory. Still no cover. Lastly...be careful coming and going on NE 13th. Police are making themselves known...have fun.

Agree (as usual) with what BVB said... but the ripping off the boys thing still irritates me so since the room fees started, I haven't done a single private dance since the changes. If I'm going to drop a hundred on a guy, it damn sure won't be going into Sean's pockets so I can count 2 or 3 songs in a glorified closet. For the same money, just hire for an hour and help the dancer out. But I guess it hasn't hurt business. I've gone back a couple times and Friday nights are busy. Other nights can be a ghost town. No real stunning guys anymore... like usually there would always be 1 or 2 guys that are just over the top gorgeous. Now it's just a lot of 6's and 7's. Seems like the hottest guys there are either bartenders or fully clothed (boyfriends of the dancers, escorts likely seeking employment).
