Where have all the escort postings gone?

I know I'm old, 61 years. I remember the days that I waited for the Advocate to come out and see if anyone from my area had posted a "personal" in my area. How excited I was when I saw someone within 100 miles. Then came the internet and print was not in fashion. But what happened to me, have I missed the search for that special escort. On Men4rentnow.com; wow you use to be able to pick a major or sub major city and get a great number of escorts; same with Rentboy and AmericanMale (long gone). So still being old and knowing "craigslist" isn't the place to look; where does one search for that escort to be? Is it because there are so few escorts or that guys are getting off to the internet? Not me, I like the real thing. Guys, just thought I'd ask...
