With a little more investigation have discovered this is a scam. Avoid this guy.

Why would you think it's a scam...I googled his phone number..and it shows the same pics....although the location s either Tampa or Orlando..

Wrong choice of words. "Appears to be a scam." Two M4RN reviews saying he refused to provide agreed upon services. When contacted asking for money up front. I didn't have a phone number, just email through M4RN.
