Out of curiosity: why this thread was resurrected and brought back to daylight?

Because when the thread started, the escort in question no longer had an active ad. In the meantime, the content of the ad was brought up for discussion. Seems fairly logical to post a link to a new ad, especially considering it wasn't long after the initial discussion. It's not as though the thread had been dormant for months or years before being revived, as sometimes happens.

Tommy James & The Shondells

Look over yonder what do you see

The sun is a-risin' most definitely

A new day is comin' people are changin'

Ain't it beautiful crystal blue persuasion

Better get ready gonna see the light

Love, love is the answer and that's all right

So don't you give up now so easy to find

Just look to your soul and open your mind

Crystal blue persuasion

It's a new vibration

Crystal blue persuasion, crystal

Blue persuasion

Maybe tomorrow when He looks down

Every green field and every town

All of his children every nation

There'll be peace and good brotherhood

Crystal blue persuasion

The reason I compared them is because they were quoted as two issues with the ad, given the severity of one vs the other it seems peoples perceptions of what dangerous is in need of reevaluation. Given the behavioral changes that crystal meth can induce, psychosis and violence seems far problematic than having a manageable disease and if your using a condom then you shouldn't have anything to worry about anyways if he is positive. If your not using a condom with your escorts get on prep

Thanks for posting this reply! HIV is controllable and very manageable with the new meds. Take PreP if you're into barebacking. Meth is one of the most destructive and addictive drugs out there - sadly it's quite rampant among gay men. I've personally seen it destroy the nicest people - they turn into psychotic monsters with permanent brain damage - total physical and mental deterioration that's irreversible

Yes, but not always. And while I take daily medications for my blood pressure and my thyroid, HIV medications are not the same. If I miss a day or two of my meds or take them at odd intervals of > 24 hours, I don't run the risk of making my illnesses resistant to medications or of weakening my immune system. And that's not even mentioning the many side effects of lot of HIV drugs.

For how many?

source: CDC

Going along with what Steven said-and also from the CDC

"Many Americans Have Become Complacent about HIV

Too many Americans no longer view HIV as a serious concern. A recent survey by the Kaiser Family Foundation found that the percentage of Americans who rank HIV as a major health problem is substantially lower than it was a decade ago.16 Even more troubling are studies showing that among some of the populations with the highest rates of infection (including gay and bisexual men and African Americans), many individuals do not recognize their risk or believe HIV is no longer a serious health threat.16, 17

Each new generation needs to be reminded of the still-serious nature of HIV and the importance of prevention. Three decades after CDC reported the first cases of AIDS, the sense of national crisis may have waned – but our resolve cannot."
