The usual basic searches didn't lead to any real name or social media account. But judging from the number of pics, the fact that they don't look model or "too good to be true" and their poses I would say his pics are real. I'd personally hesitate to meet him because his ad seems sketchy, like a transient or druggie, but if he got a couple good reviews I would.
