Escorts: How do you determine multi-hour rates?

Before I decided to hire for the first (and second) time and did a lot of research I noticed that some Escorts offer different rates for multiple hours while others do not.

Some have pricing for "afternoon" or "evening rates" and others don't. Some have rates that are different if you're just socializing over dinner vs. more intensive interactions or a combination of both.

For example I've seen:

250/hour vs $400/2hrs

Lunch/Dinner (1hr dining + 2hrs): $550

Some (like my first hire) charged their full rate/hr even if it brushed up against their overnight rate, for an afternoon. (Yeah, I know, I should have asked the forum in advance for advice, sigh) or their full hourly rate just to go to lunch/dinner.

How do you make your decisions about Price points? Is it driven purely on economics or a desire to have a longer session (like the discounted 2hr example above) just to allow for a less rushed interaction and hopefully more regulars? Or do you find the "flat fee" approach simplifies things!

It is always wise to ask and investigate before you invest. On a per-hour basis, I've found most, if not all, hires I've made over the years offer a multiple hour discount. The way I bring this up is that I let the provider know that I am interested in a multiple-hour appointment (two hours at a minimum) and they almost always offer a discount. I've found this to be true with masseurs (I always book a minimum of 90 minutes and often book a two-hour appointment). A provider usually prefers a multiple hour engagement over a series of one-hour appointments (in-call or out-call).

I know many escorts do differently and many clients have a tantrum every time they read this but in my case, I determine the number of hours, by the number of hours we spend together. I charge for my time and I provide intensely professional, present, focused and expert companionship whether we are having a manicure, at the opera or at full leather fuck fest.

In order to make longer sessions doable, however, I charge considerably less for every additional hour. My first hour is 250, and every additional hour is only 150.

Some prospective clients find it entirely unaffordable to have a long session with me, so they opt for having a short session with me or look for a discounted evening rate kind of guy. I don't blame them for that the same way I hope they won't blame me for my rate system, even if I do know some do.

Aside from the people who really can't afford it, I have found that people who are willing and comfortable to spend a good amount on a session to pamper themselves tend to want to cooperate to make the session unforgettable while the guy who can afford it but chose not to or bargain and bargain tend to expect me to show up with a three ring circus, fulfill entirely unrealistic expectations and still leave dissatisfied and cranky.

It's a generalization, but that has been my personal experience.

Now, related to your question whether it is a choice driven by economics or a desire to have long sessions, all I can say is that to me a session is a session and it is special and demands my full attention whether it is an hour session or a two week session. I don't have a preference. All sessions are fun and special in their own way.

I know this is entirely my personal way to do things, but I hope I answered your question.

Guest Starbuck
There is a cabal of escorts where all of these things are hammered out

Hmmmm ... hammered out ... in a cabal, you say ... [kəˈbäl,kəˈbal (noun)] ... is that something like a daisy chain?

Thanks for your response and insight, Juan. I think your method is actually fair and practical. Prior to having my first escort experience, I was looking for a companion and I was somewhat surprised by some of the responses I got. There was one guy who I ultimately passed on because he listed his overnight rate at $1400 and his hourly rate at $300. When I asked him about a 3-4 session his response was "My hourly rate is $300." At the time, I wasn't ready for an overnight experience (especially with someone I'd never met?) and I didn't see the benefit of paying $1200 for 4 hours vs. $1400 for an overnight. Especially when 1-1.5 of those hours were to be a dining experience. Paying someone $450 to eat a meal with you (and buying their dinner +$50-100) seemed a bit pricey for dinner conversation over a glass of Merlot. It's all good, though. Everything happens for a reason :)

Is it your understanding that you're paying for the escort's time or activities?

It is my understanding that I am paying for the time. IF Killian, or any other escort, should choose to decide to do pushups on me, or trip and fall on me repeatedly, and certain parts go into certain orifices by accident and much chagrin, I am not one who would complain.

Certain parts actually entered you and there was "chagrin" involved somewhere along the way? I don't know . . . o_O

Time, to be certain; the companion sets the rate per hour(s). They make the determination on how the remuneration is calculated. Clearly, each individual has their own method of arriving at that figure. That being said, for some gentlemen companions an upscale dining experience time unit may be priced differently based on their own metrics and RIO.

Normally I would do 2 hours for an incall at $500 but keep the same 2 hours at the normal outcall rate. There are taxi expenses involved there. If I have nothing going on and some dinner is planned I would rarely charge for that if its a multiple hour hire. I used to when I stared then I just sort of stopped. What can I say he likes to be taken out to dinner :)

Nothing at all wrong with a man who likes to be treated to dinner. Some chefs would say that a good meal, whether prepared or purchased, is an expression of pure affection. :)
