I called a long time ago when he was visiting Chicago. His ad had lots of information about his bottoming, and he had a price quote. It was steep, but it seemed worth it at the time. When I contacted him, he asked my position. I told him I was a top. He told me bottoming was an extra fee. Can't remember if it was $50 or $100. Suffice it to say, I didn't hire him.
