The last couple weeks on American Idol were all about Quentin Alexander vs. Harry Connick Jr. A backlash ensued, and Quentin, as a result, was sent home. This week, it was all about Clark Beckham vs. in-house mentor/Big Machine label honcho Scott Borchetta. It remains to be seen if this latest dramarama will lead to Clark’s downfall, but I for one am #TeamClark on this matter. And judging from responses on Twitter, it seems many viewers agree with me. This latest Idol incident may even help Clark, regardless if that’s what Borchetta wants.
