I worked at a fire station near Inglewood, CA back in August of last year, and got dispatched to the Savoy bar/nightclub in Inglewood where this movie was having a few scenes filmed. A lighting truss had fallen on stage, and injured a worker on set. When I had asked them what was being filmed, they stated, "Chocolate City", which is like a black "Magic Mike" they said. I didn't notice any major stars there.
