Sometimes that might indicate a scam. But occasionally guys use different names to figure out which website is giving them the most business.

I just checked, and the rentboy ad is now gone. Maybe he decided to transition to a different ad service, and/or reinvent himself with a new name while he was at it. The "Paco" name he presently uses on rentmen seems less common, and therefore more distinctive, than the "Alex" he apparently used on the rentboy ad.

 

For what it's worth, he does have a very positive, if brief, review on his rentmen page from a client based in Bristol, England. Seems like he travels a bit.
