I agree that you should drop this guy. Unless he gave a good reason for not committing to a specific time (e.g. "I'm having furniture delivered tomorrow and don't know exactly when it will arrive, but will let you know as soon as I am free") I would take a pass.

I'm not exactly sure what you were going to contact him about but if it were as an escort there is no way that he would offer himself as one at a $150 hour rate. Maybe for a massage but it says for an escort. Red flags for me.
