How do I post pictures ?? HELP

I looked at teh FAQ section, and it states that in order for me to post I need to have teh administrator give me access..

 

How do I do that?

Any picture that you want to post has to already be uploaded somewhere else on the internet. You merely enter the URL for the picture in your post, and it will magically appear. I'd preview your message before posting to make sure it worked, though.
