Need advice for DC - 411 on Angel

I will be in Washington DC at the end of next month. I am looking for someone to spend two or three nights. Here are my hopes:

Muscular

Masculine

There are a few locals who are constantly in the area, but they don't not meet your exact criteria, especially if you're looking for hairless strict tops.
