If anyone's interested, my story from my thread last month "Safety when an escort visits" was about THIS guy! I stumbled on this older thread, but could not remember his porn name at the time of my thread. FYI when reading this old thread comments seemed to suggest those of us who fell for his scam (some like me more than once) had it coming since there's SO many neg reviews on him for all to see, BUT I didn't hire Scott Sloan, nor, I'm sure did others. I hired two different guys with different pics. Scott Sloan showed up both times. I think for the sake of clarity the reviewers used his actual (very old) photo and the name he's known by, but that was NOT the name nor the photos he used in his Ads. (at least not in LA where, I believe, the word has GOT to be out on this dirtbag by now) Perhaps in smaller States he will use his name and a photo from his FAR distant youth, but not in LA. (his rathole was in Burbank when I visited him) Hopefully he's burned out by now from his 20 joint a day habit and no longer working, and hopefully anyone who lost money to him will take some small satisfaction that someone did get even with him :-)

When it comes to escorts it's always going to be "caveat emptor" for us. But I got even with one who scammed me not once but TWICE in LA, fake photos of hot young guys diff names diff cell numbers. The first time he asked for his "donation" up front which should have been the give away but I was more trusting back then. That time he went out to his car to get his phone and duh never returned. The second time months later I went to HIS filthy apt in The Valley, and was shocked when I entered to see the same guy (hidden behind his door) as he closed it behind me. (he's a BB short but hugely built and probably pushing 45 poss older) And he was holding a metal nun chuck. (sic?) I was naturally scared since he was blocking the door and he made sure HE was behind ME as I entered. (these guys RARELY remember US btw) He demanded his donation right away which I reluctantly gave him. He couldn't run out obviously so his in- call thing is to just make YOU want to leave soon as he has his money. He tells you he won't do anything wont even take his shirt off and you can't touch him he has a skin condition then he just babbles about body building until you walk out. So a few months later I got even. I had a bud visiting from Europe who was leaving and still had a pre pay cell he'd bought for LA, and THERE on RB was his ad again, diff name diff cell BUT he'd stupidly gone back to the photos he was using the first time he got me. (I saved them just in case) SO I made an appmnt with him using the phone my bud had left (he gave the same BS line about ALL he does oral n kissing blah blah) and offered him and xtra 200$ to come to "my place" at the tip of MALIBU lol. (for anyone who doesn't know LA from his dump to there is like driving from NYC to Philly lol. (I used a real address in case he checked, but it was a construction site of a house being built on the ocean nothing but beams lol.) He called me TWICE on the way there lol, saying he was late the freeway was jammed, then again almost an HOUR later saying he was finally on Pacific Coast Highway the LONNNNG rd that runs along the coast into Malibu lol, both times I said NP just get here when you can I'm waiting lol. Almost another HOUR went by before that phone rang again, but now I stopped answering it lol. OH it felt SO GOOD! It rang at least 20X! It's childlish I know BUT SO gratifying lol!

I remember that thread, I laughed my ass off, apparently scott was sent either to vacant lot, or the wrong hotel if my memory serves me right, and a long ways from home to boot.

LOL and here I am thinking I was so original! Well hopefully the more of us who give these scammers a taste of their own medicine the more likely they'll be to throw the towel in and retire, I haven't seen anything about him in a year and a half.

SIDENOTES: I took a picture of his name on the building directory when I left, on the Studio City/Burbank border, it's some long Russian or Ukranian name. Also, as I was walking thru his courtyard to enter I passed an older guy kind of heavy set and bloated, he looked familiar. The apt reeked of pot and there were cigars still smoking in the ashtrays, and in the course of his babbling he said "my buddy Ryan Idol just left" lol.

OMG when I started this thread I HONESTLY BELIEVED I had been scammed by this guy twice, BUT TONIGHT I REALIZED IT WAS THREE TIMES!!! Tonight I realized he got me over TWENTY FIVE YEARS AGO. 89-90, NYC, in the disgusting old Times Sq Howard Johnsons. He was young and built, said he was dancing, I assume the Gaiety which was ATTACHED to the H. Johnsons on the side street. Long story short agreed to go back to his place (which didn't exist) ATMS were scarce then only in bank lobbys, we found a Citibank, I gave him the cash like he asked in advance (he'd been ripped off before boo hoo thats the only reason he asked he said) . We stepped outside and he just took off, running, GONE. I was pissed at myself, upset, etc. THAT WEEKEND I'm flipping thru the channels and catch Robin Byrd, a local porn celeb with a show on Public Access cable , she interviews and showcases strippers/porn stars M&F etc and they strip and dance, and WHO is ON??? The guy who just ripped me off! I couldn't believe it! (if they were in porn and passed thru NYC they were on her show ALL the gay porn stars did it.) It was already in progress so I never got a name. But I never forgot it.

TONIGHT more than quarter of a century later I am flipping thru channels and lo and behond on Public access THERE IS HER SHOW they re-run them some are over THIRTY years old with many (sadly passed on) porn stars. AND IT'S THAT EPISODE AND THERE HE IS! SO weird.
