if you've read the "Schedule for Weekend Events / DC Luncheon" thread, you've noticed that the BAR MEET UP was a little up in the air.

 

it turns out that the Eagle bar will not be open in time for MAL weekend.

but as I was thinking about that, and the fact that so many people coming on the forum are new to MAL, I thought - why would we even want to leave the host hotel site anyway? as ChrisW has pointed out, it'll be great people-watching. plus, the hotel bar is very accessible, and I think people will be in that vicinity anyway. so let's meet up for a drink at 9pm, at the bar in the Hyatt:

enter the hotel main doors, take the escalator downstairs, and immediately turn to the left. you'll see a bar along the back wall. if you're facing the bar, we'll be gathered on the right side of it. it should be easy enough to spot us; amidst the gaggle of men in leather chaps, jocks and harnesses, I think the Daddy'sReviews group will mostly be in jeans and tshirts.

 

anyone who shows up in a harness gets a deep kiss from me
