What about going in the other direction - are the upper-Key's considered too far for an outcall of 2-3 hours? I know traffic can be a monster on the turnpike headed South.

I would ask the escort directly but out of courtesy I will give him extra for gas if it's an out call. Miami traffic can be a bitch especially with all the new road construction almost everywhere these days.

I doubt if many clients (gay or str8) care enough to post an ad review on Backpage. But I also doubt that Backpage would remove them, since they’re paid for. What review options does Rentboy offer?

I agree. There are plenty of satisfied clients that successfully hire from Backpage. If you’re not one of them, and you’re unable to learn how to vet the advertisers, then you shouldn’t even attempt to use it.
