I sent this guy away when he arrived at my hotel a couple of years ago. Totally creepy vibe and bears no resemblance to the pics he posts.

Thanks Travis! Wish I'd seen that review earlier. Nope, didn't ask about guarantee. . . I was hoping "it would get better." I did ask about his pics and mentioned that he doesn't look like them to which he replied "no shave November, including my chest." Lesson learned! No face pic, no business!
