To shave or not to shave . . .

What's the general view on shaving? I was recently persuaded to shave, which I haven't done before. I can't say I like the look of shaved guys, or of me shaved for that matter; but I must say that it does add something to sex! Shaved pubes and balls incredibly add to the sensation of being sucked and rimmed, I find - and I'm told is more pleasant for the suckee and rimmee! The feeling of a tongue playing around the whole pubic area on bare skin is marvellous . . . also, since here in Australia is's now 35deg, sitting on t patio with your legs spread is wonderfully cooling (and it's amazing how quickly your partner revives at the sight!) So what about it? Anyone persuaded?

I think this one is chalked up purely to personal preference.

 

A few years ago, I used to have a short beard, somewhat hairy chest, and never even thought about shaving my crotch region.

 

But now I shave my face, my chest, my genitals, and even my butt crack around the sphincter. My legs are hairy, though, and it'd just be too much bother to shave 'em constantly. I also don't shave the pubic hair right above my crotch (I would like to trim it though - just not sure how best to go about that), but I do shave the base of the shaft and balls clean. I find it adds to the sensation too.

 

I do it because I both like the look and, aside from any itching (which happens, especially at my shaft base, but is fairly minor), I really like the feel too.

 

But I think there ARE guys who really dig hairy balls and burying their face in them, etc. I don't happen to be one of them (my preference runs toward smooth generally), but I know they're out there.

get yourself one of those beard trimmers, pick the clipper guard for the length you desire and buzz away

If you don't like the itching or the stubble, I would go for waxing. You'll stay smooth for weeks.

I don't mind a hairy crotch, but hair on a cock can really cut up your lips when sucking.

I greatly prefer a guy who shaves that whole area. I like to lick and explore the area and even seeing it clean is a real turn on. Body and facial hair in general is a real turn off for me. Deep down, hair seems unclean, although I know it is not.

I'm not a fan of shaving, but it seems to be more popular with younger guys today than in the past. Personally I think it can be an incredibly hot look. But then seeing that same body with a natural amount of hair I would find even hotter.

Count me in the antishaving camp. I like the feel of hair. There's also just something a little weird looking about a man in his 30's and up with no pubic hair. A twink with no pubic hair just looks like a child to me. That's just my opinion so please no hate mail.

Shaving... The final frontier~

 

Personally, i like to keep things trim & slim when it comes to any 'bushage' down under. My balls & ass are totally smooth, which as said above, makes for MUCH better sensation when playing. After the first time i went bare-ball, i knew i was hooked

 

The only part of my body that i shave religously would be my forearms. I'm not privy to the thin amount of VERY blonde hair that crops up & find that i take to tanning much better without the added impediment. Luckily, i only have to deal with facial shaving every two-weeks or so... Insane, eh?

 

I think that men in general (gay or straight) are becoming more aware of trimming and keeping shapely down under. Maybe it's the whole 'Metrosexual' trend. Who knows. Taking care of yourself is always a good thing, especially if it makes a true difference in both confidence factor & mental health.
