Fake...definitely. The first pic is from the June issue of Strength Fitness and Health. The model featured is a Canadian, not French. I can't definitely attribute the second pic to anyone in particular, but I found the uncropped version and the face doesn't seem to match pic one.

 

Edit: The second pic does seem to belong to the Canadian fitness model. The cap was throwing me off.
