Usually, when a masseur charges more for an in-call, it's because he has to rent a studio. Lars seems serious about his work, as he does 90-minute sessions only. This appears to be strictly therapeutic. If that's what you're looking for, I'd think that he would be a good choice. I assume that he travels with a table -- you should ask -- since a good masseur will not do a therapeutic massage on a bed.

I think he rents the studio on 14th Street, the same one I posted about when I was looking for possible incall spaces when the masseur only does outcalls.

I have found, to my disappointment, that many masseurs try to lure us by making us believe that their therapeutic massages are erotic. Not having met Lars, I'm not accusing him of doing that, but it's a possible answer to your question.
