Wrong. It's based upon *exactly* the same things that I said above:

you distort, twist, and misrepresent, then go on to attack *as if* what you claim were true.

 

There were *no* "unsubstantiated posts of recommendations about BG," and certainly none from me, since I have never posted an opinion about him one way or the other. Yet you repeatedly claimed that I did, and that I gave "unsubstantiated recommendations" of him, even after I pointed out that I had not. I challenged you to find even *one* such instance, and you could not. I challenge you again. FIND ONE. Just ONE. From me or from anybody else. Let's put that lie to rest right here and now.

 

And remember that what you need to find is what you're accusing people of: making "unsubstantiated posts of recommendations," *not* just saying something like "I think he's hot," which you yourself have said about escorts that you hadn't met -- the hypocrisy that I called you on earlier. (BTW, you won't find me making that second kind of comment about him either, but some other people did earlier, and that's a perfectly legitimate thing to say.)

 

In the thread about him that you referred to there was, at the time you spewed out your venom, only an initial post from BG saying that he had new information on his website and a new email address -- perfectly legitimate, and a few short comments from various posters, *none* of which said anything about his services, and which were mostly about emails and computers. Yet you had to attack and invented something to attack about. And *that's* why I called you on it. And then you chose to accuse me of the imaginary things that you were ranting about.

Your posts on that thread were *grossly illegitimate, just like your railing above on this thread was.

 

I'll make you a deal: you stop misrepresenting what people say or do and then berating them on the basis of your misrepresentation, and I'll stop calling you on it.

 

Far from "attack everything <you> have posted," I have commented on your posts in only 2 or 3 places, of which this is one. And in each case I did that either to point out your distortions and misrepresentations, or to point out your hypocrisy in doing exactly what you were berating others for doing. According to the counter, you have racked up 1563 posts. I have made only 166 in a longer period of time, and most of them had nothing to do with you. That's hardly "attacking everything you have posted" and your remark is just another example of the gross misrepresentations that you keep trying to spread.

 

In the present case, you came to an innocuous thread which I had started and *you* attacked *me* for posting it, in your typical fashion of first misrepresenting and distorting the post, and then attacking on the basis of your misrepresentation as if it were accurate. *You* started it up again here, not me.

 

You want to know how to keep me from exposing your misrepresentations, distortions and hypocrisy?

It's very simple. Just

don't twist what people say into something that it is not;

don't invent accusations of things that they didn't do;

don't insist without any basis that they said or did them;

and don't then beat them over the head for saying or doing those things that you falsely claim.

 

Maybe another way of putting it is engage brain before posting.

It's not a question of "winning" or "losing." And I don't want to shoot you, even if you invite me to. And I'm not into dogging you.

 

I just want you to stop making your outrageous accusatory posts that have no basis in fact or reality. And in particular I want you to stop misrepresenting me and/or other posters and then attacking me and/or them for what you invented in your misrepresentation that I/they did.

That's Josh Duhamel, late of a daytime soap (All My Children?), where I was totally unaware of him since I don't watch daytime soaps.

 

Re: shoe(s), he usually has them on ( ), both in prime time and at other times. (But he has already appeared in a couple of episodes without his shoes and without any other clothing visible to the naked camera.)

 

He's now on a new prime time show that premiered this season: Las Vegas, Monday night on NBC.

 

And he apparently won an Emmy on his soap. That probably counts at least somewhat for "artistic merit," so it's probably "OK" with the art police to watch him/the show, and you don't have to worry about getting blasted for doing so.
