You know -weight and height-wise-he does seem 'twinkish'. But with his level of definition and hairiness, I'd probably move him over more to the 'twunk' category at least in my own mind. In my own private classification, 'twinks' are much more boy-ish looking. And when I say 'boy-ish,' I mean more underage looking, skinny, and/or lacking muscle. . Of course if you don't like smaller younger guys at all, I can definitely understand your feelings.

Cory is a nice guy. A little overboard on the discrete thing, but that eases once he gets to know you. Can one be a 30 year old twink? Lean and muscular, he certainly is, but not twinkish.
