I have developed a habit of contacting over-18 cute college guys on adam4adam.com offering generosity for company. I receive a surprising number of responses, and once in a blue moon, I am offered the opportunity to empty my pockets. Just now, after contacting a melt-in-your-mouth freshman, I received the following response. Can anyone offer a clue on what it might mean?

My post to 19 yr old beauty:......." Masc ddf fit older guy lookng 4 same younger. Very generous for the right guy."

Response from 19 year old beauty:....... "You've got a beautiful body. Thanks for messaging me bro. I'll unlock. Can you be tamed or only interested in sex?"

Per the urban dictionary:

tamed

a) to get owned.

b) to get whipped.

a)

A: Yo. I heard you lost to a noob.

B: ..yeah..

A: Dude. TAMED, BITCH!

b)

C: Yo. I heard you're ditching movie night to meet your in-laws.

D: ..yeah..

C: Dude. TAMED, BITCH!

Not sure that helps at all.

I see two possible interpretations, neither of which is mutually exclusive, so they both could apply: he's looking for a relationship or he's looking for dominance, possibly in the BDSM sense. At any rate, he seems to be interested in something more than sex. Whether that's a relationship or power play is hard to tell.

That said, I don't see a big downside in asking him what he means as long as you don't play coy and answer the question as to whether you're only interested in sex relatively straightforwardly.

A LARGE number of ads on A4A are fake. . people pose as a young hottie to get other goodlooking guys to open private pics etc.

Although I meet regular guys on Grindr (no $), a lot of younger guys do ask if I'm generous and are willing to do a lot for fairly little (sleepover for $100, etc). As I say, I don't take them up on it because I get plenty of fun regularly, but they are certainly there to be had. If their pics are real (and I can't believe all are fake), they can be quite hot.

Thank you very much for some useful answers to my post. There are a lot of smart and helpful people on this site. I privately sent the post, along with the A4A profile of the young guy, to a professor friend whom I met on this site. He analyzed each line of the profile and, to my surprise, he warned me to "run" - away from the guy. He characterized his use of the word "tamed" as part of a pattern, begun in his profile, - an attempt to appear mysterious and sophisticated; however, my friend feels he may have some mental issues. He actually mentioned the word "shotgun" in his profile, which I missed. yikes. Perhaps I am the unbalanced one for looking for fun and love on a 2014 hook-up site. What this website we are on now does, and what I should gather from it and appreciate, is a remarkable vetting process to help guys like me procure relatively safe company. Thanks guys for again answering questions I can ask few others.

Jakeleyman, I take that to mean that most of the responses did not take you up on your offer. Then what was the nature of those responses? I mean, why are they responding to your ad if it's clear you are looking to be generous, yet they don't plan to accept?
