She had a long and storied career happily and proudly playing the second banana. Best known for the role of Alice, the housekeeper, on "The Brady Bunch".

 

Fell in her bathroom at home and never regained consciousness.

I always assumed she she was a lesbian. The news reports mention that Ann never married. They also reference a "roommate" in reporting the incident. Obviously she was a very private person not being part of the Hollywood scene. She was a great comic talent.
