I do not know anything about this fellow, but there are Red Flags Flying around his ad:

 

Very high price for someone who has no reviews and does not get into a wide variety of activities

Ad is quite vague about what this fellow is really willing to do with older men who are not gym rats and model handsome

Even his name seems to be a moving target

 

These are all signs that suggest caution. Thus, I'd be skeptical about the photos--but would defer to posters who know how to do goggle searches.
