Not sure this is the appropriate spot for this Public Service Announcement about cleaning out before bottoming but here is the URL to Sean Storm's video of the process he uses. My only comment is would that it were this easy for me.....

To my mind the order of when to use the shower shot and when to use the enema are reversed...(i.e. I would end up with a tub full of ^^*&^$%#.

Secondly, I need to use an Imodium well before cleaning and playing...just me, I guess.
