Another California question here (I've spent quite a bit of time there in the past 30 days, which is way more than I'd normally do) I was considering the Bay Area on my list of choices to move to. But, after having visited twice...seems everyone is centered in the Castro/Folsom/SF proper area.

At this point, I can't even imagine trying to move there with the cost of rental units I looked at. But, let's just say I did and decided to live outside the city either East Bay or South Bay (no further than san mateo). I'm just wondering if I'd make any progress that way. On the 2 times I went to SF, seems everyone wanted incalls to their place, whether they knew my location or not. Guys in SF don't seem to like to travel outside their...front door. Luckily I was mobile, so it didn't bother me to go to their place. But, I just found it odd that I had no incalls both times.

All in all, I was a bit surprised that all the clients were situated in the main SF area. I expected to be able to service areas as well. I did meet someone in Oakland, but a lot of the places south of SF just seemed like wastelands as far as business went. I would imagine living too far away from the city would be inconvenient.
