Palm Springs Weekend Musings & Therapy Session..... (LONG post!).

As I sit here naked in bed on this "beautiful morning"...DAMN THOSE SHOWTUNES!!!, at Helios, I'm smiling & shaking my head at the craziness that went on the past few days, & enjoying the clarity I now have...I actually rolled into town a week prior to give myself some MUCH NEEDED personal time to clear my head..

For those of you that asked/knew about what was going on in my life, UNDERSTAND THIS: I'm FINE...& it meant the world to me that with all of the BEAUTIFUL distractions around us, that you took the time to ask. For the uninformed, I went through a betrayal, (public at that!), a separation, divorce, selling of a house, & moving all within a few months (hell WEEKS!) time...In other words, "life" sucked for a minute & I am the FIRST guy to admit that I lead a very charmed life & am grateful for ALL of it...It was my turn at some bad luck.

To say that my work as an escort & this community was helpful in getting me back on track would be an understatement..

Ok...so with THAT outta the way....the weekend:

Friday night's meeting at Spurline was a BLAST! It was sort of a "trickle in" kinda thing which kept chugging along at a fun rate..I took away Chris Eisenhower's "gay card"..& then IMMEDIATELY gave it back to him..Besides the obvious, this guy is witty, kind & a BLAST to hang with! Getting to know him better (and to say that I can call him a "friend" now), was one of the highlights of my weekend...The debauchery with Chris continued ALL WEEKEND LONG. Also at Spurline that night, we learned that Fireball & Dane Scott DO NOT MIX! Boston Bill, SF Westcoaster joined the party, as did Oliver & Jason, (you get HOTTER every year my man & I LOVE hearing you sing!)..If I missed anybody, blame it on the Fireball!!

Dane...............you & I are going to have BEAUTIFUL babies together one day, if you'd only date me! Yesterday, I was privileged to have THE most beautiful view of Dane's ROCKIN' naked bod back-lit by the sun here at Helios..In the words of Mick Jagger: "You make a grown man crawl.............................." Sat's dinner at Trio was a chance to see some old friends (sometimes it's only once a year that we see each other on both the client & escort side). Romann: so GOOD to see you, & I hope we get to hang when I'm in Chicago!! Amir...you fashion plate you...will you EVER get back to me on Grindr?!!! Nice to have Tony Bishop join us at our table as well. Alec & Ryan, MAJOR head-turners...& I LOVED watching you lay by the pool here at Helios. Glad we got to chat a bit.

"The Facts of Life" was a RIOT & let's just say the subject matter was (ahem) "close to home"
