Helios rises ... Again & better than ever ;-)

I want to thank Daddy, Ace and everyone who attended last night's spontaneous and fantastic open house at Helios last night. It was such a wonderful chance for me to get reacquainted or catch-up with guys I hadn't seen in awhile -- and a really great welcome to my new home here in Palm Springs. I think my favorite part of the evening was my long talk with Daddy, where we covered everything from off-Broadway to the paranormal. It was such a nice way to spend a Saturday night ...

 

I also want to thank everyone for their great feedback last night regarding all the positive changes here at Helios in the short month and a half that I've been Host and Manager. After a year of being a guest myself and seeing managers come and go, I can say with confidence that we're in the right direction now. With a real vision to not only restore legendary Helios to its former glory, but to go beyond that. I've even been joking with my amazing staff that after 2 years of being under the staid, predictable Eisenhower administration, Helios has now been launched into dazzling Camelot. Just don't expect Jackie Kennedy to appear in our indoor playspace anytime soon. Unless, of course, the event is Halloween ;-)

Thank You Matt for the accommodations this past weekend. Ryan and I greatly enjoyed our stay and we appreciate the kindness and hospitality! The pool and jacuzzi were the high light of our stay... clear refreshing water, warm golden sun and a beautiful resort.

We began staying at Helios about two and a half years ago, after it was recommended to Wayne by an escort he had hired. We loved it, and stayed there quite often. But when the ownership changed, we noticed a steady decline in quality, and we stopped staying there. After staying there again this past weekend, I'm happy to report that as Matt said, Helios is indeed on the rise. The new staff is friendly and accommodating, and as Alec said, the pool and jacuzzi were crystal clear, and definitely enhanced our stay. We will be on the lookout for the special rates Matt mentioned, and will certainly be staying at Helios again.

Mr. Parker and company will be back at the resort 9/13-14 ... My buddy Jerry Stearns just returned from a lucrative trip to NYC -- one in which I should have accompanied him if this resort position hadn't happened -- and I was just thinking how great it would be to have a STEARNS RETURNS party at Helios ... Just had an awesome phone call from Matt about a reservation request and I could not be more happy for his attention to my request -- a super helpful guy and I am totally looking forward to trying out the "new" place next week/end - Full report to follow!

I visited Helios for the first time during the Palm Springs event this year with my 2 companions for the night. I had not gone during the previous 2 years but I read Ace's posts and Matt's about Helios and decided I was going to pay a visit with my 2 hot companions. We arrived late and were met at the door by Ace and Matt. Knowing the fabulous buddy Ace and then getting to talk for a while with Matt really blew our minds. Some people who get into a new career have dreams, Matt has very definite plans and objectives. Just listening to this incredible business man made me decide that future stays in PS would be at Helios.

Congratulations Matt. Oh, by the way, he is a SEXY guy with a great deep voice and hot, hairy body.
