Franko in FLL 411

Does anyone have any information on this guy?

Things pretty much check out for him with google searches. His old Hourboy ad from Atlanta lists him as versatile, so I'm not letting the "top" description on RB stop my looking into this further. But no reviews here is a worry for me.

Just found this thread here. I'm assuming its the same guy. But not a lot of concrete information.
