I hope that the Black Party is not past its prime, although it may be. It was great fun the times I went, and hasn't New york lost enough of its gay life already?

Thanks for the link Frankly, I had never seen that old thread ... it's an interesting read. It may very well be that the Black Party is past its prime in 2014. It probably has American Express and JP Morgan Chase as corporate sponsors - like the Pride Parade.

Well, the Black Party should be over as it is after 9 am but some stragglers may still be there. Hopefully some reports will become available so we can see if the Black Party has lost its edge or not.
