I carefully perused the photos of the candidates and came up, in this order, my choices: 1 Bulgaria 2 Germany 3 Lebanon 4 Algeria and 5 Macedonia!

I found all five to be hot. ...also liked the beautiful, dark man from Angola as well; he comes at the top of my list.

That said, if I am selecting a winner in general I think Viet Nam, China and Slovak Republic have a good combination of body and facial handsomeness.

While not as cute as Mr. Vietnam, who I think is adorable, or Mr. Korea, whom I really liked, Mr. Hawaii isn't "ugly."

The other photos of Mr. China that you posted show a MUCH more attractive face and body than I could tell from the competition photo of him. While I wouldn't rank him first, I would have listed him in my top 5 for sure.
