Well, here's what some google sleuthing turns up:

 

An advertiser in DC named "Tim" posted this Backpage ad on January 5th of this year, catering to women:

DC's close enough to NYC for him to make the jump to NY, although the jump to catering to men is another matter.

 

The model, who is documented online with his first name also as Tim, has those same rentboy photos online at various sites. Here's one:
