It's not that hard to 'Copy' and paste a link. I'm going to assume you have a pc. If you have a Mac, someone else will have to advise you.

 

So when you are on a web page, go to where the address for the page is in your browser. Take your mouse and click on the left button. Then drag the mouse cursor across the web address so that it's all lit up in blue. Put the cursor then on part of the blue web address and click on the right mouse key. The words Cut/Copy/Paste should appear. Click on Copy with your left mouse button. Come to the Forum. Start your post. Where you want the link to go on your post - click the right mouse button. The option Paste will appear. Click on Paste with your left mouse button. VOILA !!! You've 'Paste'-d a link.

Frequently it's even easier than your instructions indicate, Gar1eth. For example, in Chrome at least, if you click in the website address bar it automatically highlights the entire URL. Then you can do the right click, copy, and paste steps.
