I heard a news item on NY 1 tonight - I heard it twice - NYC will be making tourists aware that prostitution is illegal. The report said signs would be posted on billboards and door hangers added to all hotel room doors reminding tourists prostitution is illegal.

If they put up signs, posters, and brochures for everything "illegal" going on, we wouldn't be able to see the buildings. PS In any city.
