If Noel does escort, hope he is smart with his money so he has an easier life as a result. I imagine he'd be quite popular with clients. One thing we know is possible - he could insist on always playing safe with clients. Most of us insist on that ourselves. I'm guessing that wasn't possible with the studio he barebacked for - that's unfortunate.

Yes, I'd definitely second that bit about safe sex. The danger I'd say is that he appears to have been introduced to gay sex barebacking, and he might just assume that any client/partner is disease free. That would be disastrous, to say the least.

I'm sorry but why are we bullying Noel?

He was bullied, He was thrown out of School, and the community came to his defense to correct the wrong. That's the important thing here. Could we have a little compassion for him?

I don't think we're bullying him, but I must acknowledge his BB career has been mentioned over and over again as if he was the only one doing it or the most important thing about all this story, while some of the usual BB Queens have been mentioned on here but without the emphasis of their barebacking in and out of the movie set... Maybe it's the fact that he's 18 and already barebacking as if there was any difference if he was 30.

Over the years many of us have expressed concerns about the clear link between the amount of BB porn, and all the people newly infected with HIV. The more we see BB, the more acceptable and expected it is. Actions have consequences.

I wish Noel the best, if we starts escorting I might even consider hiring him even though I don't usually hire guys who BB on films.

I've lost a lot of friends in the 80's to AIDS, HIV can't not live outside the human body for long like ebola, if most gay men had kept using condoms that disease might be over by now.

"Nothing is ever black and white."

From the Queerty article (dated January 21, 2014)

... He became the subject of scrutiny and was heavily bullied once his classmates began sharing pictures and videos of his performances “on their phones.”

Marucci’s mother, Melyssa Lieb, told Local 6 that Principal Soliven “flat out told me that my son was expelled not just suspended, he was expelled due to his explicit, adult, lifestyle career.”

Marucci will return to class tomorrow, but Principal Dr. Stephanie Soliven and Brevard Schools spokeswoman Michelle Irwin will not give a reason for his initial “break” (they deny he was suspended in the first place). However, Local 6 reports that the referral slip Marucci was given says he “ threatened to bring weapons to school, though Marucci denied that.”

Compassion that he was bullied and expelled from school: yes

Compassion that he "threatened to bring weapons to school": certainly not, given the galloping gun violence and mass shootings in schools.

Maybe not completely unreasonable, if he received death threats at school. In Florida, one can bring guns anywhere, including bars.

I have searched the Internet, and can not find any evidence that guns are allowed for students in Florida high schools, or for those under 21 unless in the military. Since you posted about this, please provide the link that shows that I am wrong.
