TO ANYONE STAYING AT THE HOTEL GEORGE (or any other Kimpton Hotel)

Just wanted to give everyone who is coming to DC and staying at Hotel George (and I think we have a couple dozen rooms or more for our group alone). I just saw on the Kimpton Facebook page that when you mention their winter secret word at check-in you'll get "a little surprise". The secret word is valid at any Kimpton through February 28, so this goes for anyone staying at any Kimpton anywhere. The secret word is SUGAR PLUMS.

 

What is the little surprise? It appears to depend on where you check in and when. Some people have gotten free parking. Some have gotten free breakfasts. Some have gotten upgraded to suites. Some got admission to a nearby ice skating park for their family. Some have gotten nice bottles of wine. Who knows what other possibilities there are? But it is certainly worth finding out.
