>...How do fellow MCr's warn others without compromising their status here, or their personal safety for that matter??

I think this is a crucial issue. I have never yet written a negative review because I haven't had a encounter that I personally felt warranted one. But, I have had experiences where I felt uncomfortable or perceived there may have been veiled threats.

In a couple of instances I've seen posts where someone expressed an interest in hiring one of those specific escorts. I've have privately e-mailed those posters and asked if they would like to have additional info based on my experience. I've always requested that they protect my privacy and I've shared my concerns with them.

However, if I felt there was a specific danger or someone was unstable, I'd definately post a negative review. But, I just don't feel comfortable doing that based my "feelings" or perceptions. Being publically negative, for me, requires a specific act or threat.

>People there is/was a section on this site where escorts could

>hesitant to warn fellow clients about a bad / problem escort?

Well, one very important difference is that this section and the reviews are open and escorts can read them. I'm not saying they shouldn't be able to, but if the escort in question is as unbalanced and abusive as described, then he can indeed retaliate in various ways and make trouble for the poster/reviewer. The escorts-only section is not open to clients, and escorts can say whatever they want about a client -- whether it is true or not -- without fear even of contradiction, let alone retaliation.

We here in the MC know CTDick and know he is credible. I doubt very much that his status here will be diminished. *However*, the excort in question may post things on other sites, may post things in the escorts-only section, etc. For example, to beware of "a crazy abusive client whose email is [email protected]." And Dick will not know that it has been posted.

Yeah, but it's a pain and you have to notify everyone that you changed it and you invariably miss some people who then can't reach you. Plus it can cost upwards of $50 in some areas.

Me too.

Sounds like the best of both worlds is to post the review then once the information is published, comment on it in the DELI seciton :+

I recommend ALWAYS reviewing bad experiences along with the good, unless there are so many good for the escort, that yours would be superfluous :+

You know I am a bit taken aback by those that have seemed to focus on CT's so called lying. So you told the escort you had a good time and didn't? BIG FREAKING DEAL. That does not justify the way the escort acted at all, especially after the fact. Instead of saying "Gee I am sorry I thought you had fun" and trying to resolve the isse he attacked CT and continues to do so.

Thanks for the Review

Don't know if you're referring to my comments or not. What I said is that I thought the escort had some cause to be concerned, and I stand by that. Escorts aren't mind-readers, anymore than the rest of us. How would you feel if you had made a major presentation to a potential client that you thought had gone well, received a positive response at the time, only to get a phone call much later that actually, your presentation had been terrible? You'd probably be tad upset! ;) Now, as you point out, you'd also probably react a lot better than the escort in question did (however, I also mentioned that I had found the escort's reaction over-the-top) :)

That's why I'm glad CT Dick went ahead with the review and the escort got a chance to do a rebuttal. I've always found the true 'acid test' for most escorts is how they respond to a negative review. This response was a classic one, not once did the escort take any responsibility for a 'sub-standard' time, instead, as you note, he continued to attack the reviewer, who has clearly shown credibility on many occasions (not to mention a fine taste in escorts, ;-) present occasion excepted of course :) )

Anyway I'm glad we got a chance to see this in full!
