Is this legal? Even in the more liberal-thinking Scandinavian countries, I think he's pushing the envelope - unless, of course, he's wearing a c-string and we just can't see it because of the blurring.

I haven't researched what's the law in Scandinavia regarding nudity in public. I like to think that most European countries have in general more relaxed rules regarding nudity in public.

I guess Scandinavian countries don't see nudity as sexual and criminal ... hence their more relaxed approach at the sight of the naked guy.

 

I've rarely seen 2 cops congratulating and shaking hands with someone who was naked a few moments earlier (as the video shows).
