Neighbor sex

Hearing the "squeak-squeak" sound from the new neighbor upstairs, along with a woman's voice gasping in reaction, I said to myself, "He's having sex with a WOMAN????"

 

You see I met him like I usually meet my upstairs neighbor (I get a new one every school year): I had to ask him to turn down his music. And he didn't seem straight to me.

Oh god college kids are the worst. I really wish I love in a retiree building. I'm a good neighbor, no loud noises.

+1....I had a friend in LA who had two absolutely wonderful and VERY unexpected encounters with neighbors that he thought were straight that resulted in 'hookups'...His approach was very straight forward. He found a way to meet them, flirted, suggested perhaps, maybe, at some point, if they were so inclined, perhaps they should have a drink and and and and...lol...it worked. One such 'meet-n-greet' happened as I dropped him off at his place after dinner. I was surprised at his boldness, but it worked.

I lived in Hancock Center in Chicago on the 48th floor. My next door neighbor was a female escort. I could hear all conversations clearly, if I chose, by putting my ear to the window wall and you could hear loud noises anywhere in the living room. One night a bunch of my friends were over and she was entertaining a guest also. The customer apparently got off on being collared and leashed and acting like a doggie. All my guests were entertained by my neighbor's guest barking loudly as she presumably led him around the room. At that time pets were not allowed in Hancock but I never reported him to the management.

I live in an old, badly insulated building. Not only do I hear neighbors having sex but I also hear them using the bathroom and talking on the phone. There was a Russian girl next door to me a few years ago who had a hot and heavy relationship with a guy who must have worked nights because he never showed up at her place until about 3:30 AM. He knocked so loudly on her door that it always woke me up, even when I wore earplugs. About 10 minutes after his arrival, the bed squeaking, moaning, sighing, grunting and yelping would begin. One night, she repeated over and over, "I'm going to come, I'm going to come, I'm going to come" and I walked out of my apartment, pounded on her front door and yelled, "Would you fuckin' come already. I've got to work in the morning." From that night on, they must have had sex on the floor with tape over their mouths because I never heard them again but I knew he was there because he always awakened me when he knocked on her door.

 

The young man who lived upstairs had a likewise noisy girlfriend. Their bed was just above my head and he must have been a dynamo because the thumping and squeaking went on for what seemed like hours. She was also very verbal and some nights, I did the old trick of pounding on my ceiling with a broom handle and they'd quiet down. One day, after a particularly noisy night I ran across her in the laundry room. I couldn't resist and said, "He must be pretty good. He gets you screaming almost every time." She blushed and said, "Oh my God, you HEARD us???" And I replied, "Honey, then can hear you in Europe. Why do you think I knock on the ceiling??" And the bimbo answered, "I thought it was a rat." They moved out soon after and I had some peace and quiet, but now there's a very pretty single girl above me who also has a very vigorous and varied sex life so I think quiet evenings at home with a book and music are going to be a thing of the past again.

 

By the way, I'd move but I have rent control in one of the best areas in town and I'd pay literally 3 times what I pay if I moved into a similar apartment elsewhere. So, I stay and put up with the noise. I just wish I could make some noise once in a while too!! Sigh.

 

As for hooking up with seemingly straight neighbors, I never have but I sure had a good time with a hunky cable guy once!

Update: The guy who answered the door before might have been only a guest.

 

When I knocked on the door recently at 3 a.m. to ask the several people up there to be more quiet, it was a young woman who answered the door. So maybe the gasping was her, and the gay-ish man was a visitor.
