Is there anywhere to meet escorting in bars/clubs or casinos? Not sure there is anywhere like that in vegas or if it is all on the web these days.

Yes and no. If you are into women escorts, they can easily be found in many Las Vegas casinos/hotels.

 

As to male escorts, I have not had the fortune of seeing them in hotels and the like, but it has been rumored that the guys are available at Stripper Circus (which is or used to be) at Share Nightclub. I have never been to Share so I can't confirm this.

If you like the idea of meeting up with an escort in a casino without any prior plan, I'd use grindr, scruff or Adam4Adam mobile. BTW, I think it's a hot idea.
