Personal coach... is that sugar daddy-house boy relationship or nature's credit card?

I'm not sure if this belongs here or in the Deli...

Although I would probably not hire a personal coach who practiced hypnotism (and is only 25 years old) there is a legitimate personal coaching profession. There are trade associations, training courses, and certifications. It is very likely this advertiser is a personal coach. Given that his ad doesn't make any references to escorting, I tend to believe he is seeking coaching clients.

I understand your point, some realtors advertise on their looks too, but this is different I think he wants a sugar daddy.

Here is a true story. My job was looking a bit shaky (in the end, it wasn't) and I started to investigate making a career change into the field of personal coaching. A school up in San Francisco was offering a seminar comprising a short class followed by a few speakers. I googled each of the speakers' names and phone numbers and found that one of the speakers not only had a coaching business but an escort ad. That's when I started wondering just how lucrative coaching would be.
