not quite convinced the two pictures are of the same person...areolas seem different and some small details around the belly button seem mismatched....

I used Google Image and the photos used in the ad are the same as on several sites, mainly one in the UK. I could't paste the link but you can check yourself. Not saying it isn't the same guy and the ad isn't legit but before hiring you might want to get some other photos you're comfortable with. I think most legit guys are used to being ask, and then providing, some photos that show they are who they represent themselves to be.
