Watch out for this type...I've heard from the famous "Justin Hootman"

several times...He's a very smooth operator/con artist.

I've gotten a couple of them in the past. They're all over the Internet. Second only to the Ghana/Benin crowd who call you "my dear" on the scam nuisance level.

I've received the follow message from Justin Hootman. On investigation, I found a topic: "Scam artists using the identity of our military personnel in ..." over at the topix.com site that has since been taken down.

Was informed that when I type my name on Google it comes up as a scam artist from this site. These alegations are completely false and would very much please ask you to delete or get rid of that post please. Thanks.

One thing bcohen's link will do is bring endless pop-ups to your computer. At least they did for mine.

I didn't see the popups but Ghostery did block 16 trackers on that page. I never go cruising without my safety belt in place.
