Any experience, but no review yet, with Sashavictor in NYC?

I corresponded with him previously (maybe 2 weeks ago) and his rate was 400 for an hour of vanilla activity. It's now 200 per hour. I wonder if he lowered his rates as he was charging more than the current bel ami boy du jour in nyc (Eric asking for 350)... who i would choose first before sashavictor. Even 350 is a little rich for my budget.
