I was recently accepted into a startup bootcamp here in Atlanta. I have had a business idea looming around in my head for a while, and I was wondering if any of the escorts/strippers out there would be interested in a website that would:

 

-Allow you to keep track of clients, schedules, and appointments (integrated with Google Calendar and maybe other sites)

-Reminders for 'checking up' on certain clients once a month

-A personal, secure client database with clients stored based on location (To be tied in with touring function)

--Integration with client blacklisting registries.

 

-Allow you to keep track of money inflow (This would then be regularly analyzed quarterly, semiannually and annually)

-Allow you to keep track of regular personal expenses (rent, condom/lube repurchases, ad subscription fees, stripping licenses etc.)

-This data would be pooled to aid in tax filing

 

-Allow you to schedule tours across the country, with a recommendation algorithm that suggested hot cities along your route to visit (based on age/population density/other demographics which were compared to your 'home' city)

-After setting up a tour, best hotel rates would be pulled from sites like Travelocity to allow you

-Customized itinerary that adjusts based on travel times. "When should I leave my hotel and begin going to the next city? When should I arrive at my next hotel?"

-One button click for availability updates to Rentmen/Rentboy etc. (This is not just limited to gay sites - would have options for the top masseur sites, and female escort sites this tool would not be limited to just gay males in the adult industry)

 

 

Those were just a few of the initial features that I have been thinking of implementing in the beginning. Also know that the financial model for this aims to provide most (if not all) of these features to you for free! with perhaps a subscription model available for a phone app.

 

What do you guys think - would you use something like this?

It's a business yet, but it's a black market business and too many records (especially online) are NOT recommended.

For a Canadian, and trying to ignore the obvious problems with confidentiality, you idea sounds like an idea worth building on.

 

For an American escort or any escort who routinely visits other countries, your program should be called something like "Please, Mister officer, arrest me now".

 

I think one day your country may come to an more enlightened view about our work, but until that day comes, the less information about me, my clients and my income is stored, I will be the happier. You are very young so you may actually get to experience the time when those concerns are no longer valid. And then, I have a feeling you will make a shit load of money from your idea.

 

I have to say that I really admire your vision. Finding a niche market that is not being satisfied and developing a way to satisfy it is one of the most profitable talents there is.

I have never used agencies for the reason that I have never wanted information about me kept in a database of any type. I agree with others on here that this would be law enforcement's wet dream. Every agency would be interested in the information. While it could be a good product for a legitimate business, I would also stay away from anyone who would keep this type of information about me as a client.
