Interesting; I don't smell the proverbial rat on this one, but I wasn't born yesterday, either. If Procter & Gamble says you can have your money back, they mean it -- they HAVE TO mean it if they say it. A masseur? What are you going to do if he doesn't? Call the Better Business Bureau? I"ve seen these ads, but never hired a masseur who makes that promise. I think that most guys would just swallow their disappointment rather than even ask for their money back, and wouldn't press the point if the masseur refused. Just look at all the guys on this site who admit they don't have the nerve to slam the door when the guy who rings the bell is clearly NOT the guy pictured in the ad. Face it: we tend to be wusses when it comes to consumer fraud.
