To be honest BC, on the one hand I really appreciate that you posted this, it sounds interesting, however once I began reading the website, frankly I am uncomfortable with calling and giving any information out to someone over the phone.

FYI:

 

Used to be that even blocked caller ID was identifiable by 800 numbers. (900 too, as I remember it, which is why you could call chat lines). As toll-free numbers became 888, 877, 866 and, by extension 855, I assume this feature is still intact.
