Under Drugs..."often?" It's up to you, but coming from someone who works/worked with addicts for years, drug use brings with it a whole string of complications. If it doesn't bother you, then that is a separate issue and is certainly your prerogative. If in fact you have concerns, and want to hire him anyway, then I would be very clear as to what is and is not acceptable under the parameters of your hire. Good luck....

Just thought I'd point out that the photos that are date stamped are all from July 2009 -- in case you didn't notice. For a frequent drug user, four years can be a long time. Who knows what he looks like now? If he's simply a pothead, he may look much the same (though not necessarily). If he's a speed freak, I assume he's aged at least 10 years over the past four.
